Refund Policy
Return and exchange:
- Accessories, intimates, sale or discounted items marked final, are all final sale and no returns or exchanges are available.
- Merchandise may be returned for store credit ONLY! Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days from the order date and credit will be applied for the amount paid when the order was placed. Credit DOES NOT apply for any shipping or handling fees.
- Returned merchandise must include original tags attached, be in original packaging, unworn, free of stains and odor.
- When returning, please make sure to enclose your contact information as well as order number and email used at checkout.
- Upon receipt of returned items, if clothes don’t mean above criteria, 900Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges.
- Due to limited quantities and high demand of our products, we DO NOT offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Defects or Problems with your order?
- If you received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at: sales@novecentomoda.com
- You must inform us of the issue with your order within 3 days of receipt of your order. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for return or replacement.
- Please make sure to include a photo of the damage and/or defect in your email.
- Keep in mind that exact color of our items may vary due to photography lenses, lighting and several other factors. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects.
